What’s in a name?
Legend has it that Kaldi, an Ethiopian goat herder in the 9th century, discovered coffee after seeing the stimulating effect that the beans had on his goats. While the variety of beans, blends and brewing methods have changed significantly – our coffee shop name pays homage to Kaldi for providing the world with this delicious drink.
